PP microporous folded filter core is made of ultra-fine polypropylene fiber membrane and non-woven fabric or (wire mesh) inner and outer supporting layers. The shell, central rod and end cover of filter element are processed by hot-melt welding technology without any adhesive, leakage and secondary pollution。

Main features
It is a hydrophilic aseptic folded filter element, which has a micropore rate of more than 80% of the membrane area and a unique micropore geometry. The adsorption capacity of protein and microbial agents was lower than that of nylon membrane and cellulose acetate membrane. It has a wide range of chemical compatibility.

Main features
Hydrophobicity: for gas filtration, it can achieve aseptic, large flux, high temperature resistance, strong acid and alkali resistance, wide chemical applicability, suitable for fermentation tank, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, compressed air. When it is used for gas filtration, it can intercept more than 0.02 μ m phages, bacteria and particles.
Hydrophilicity: it can be aseptic when used in liquid filtration, with wide chemical applicability and high resistance to strong acid, alkali and ozone.

Nylon membrane filter
Product introduction
This product is made of nylon 6 or 66 microporous membrane and imported nonwoven fabric or (wire mesh) inner and outer supporting layers. The shell, central rod and end cover of filter element are made of polypropylene. The whole sealing of filter element is processed by machine hot-melt welding technology, with complete sealing performance, no adhesive, no leakage and no pollution.
Main features
The membrane is hydrophilic and does not need to be wetted in advance. Its pore size is uniform and its strength is high, which can ensure the effective closure capacity. The filter element is 100% tested for overall integrity. It has good chemical compatibility and can withstand concentrations as high as 50% H2O2 and 1.6% bleaching agent (800ppm NaOCI). It is used for filtration of various solvents and pharmaceutical solutions, as well as terminal filtration of high-purity water and distilled water in food and beverage industry.
