Product introduction
PP melt blown filter core is made of polypropylene superfine fiber by hot melt entanglement. The fiber randomly forms three-dimensional micropore structure in space. The micro pore diameter is distributed in gradient along the flow direction of filtrate. It integrates surface, deep layer, coarse and fine filtration, and can intercept impurities with different particle sizes. The precision range of the filter element is 1-100 μ m, and its flux is more than 1.5 times of that of the filter element of the same precision peak chamber. Different types of end cover joints can be configured to meet the needs of various engineering installation.
Main features
The diameter of PP melt blown filter element is compact and uniform, and the filtration efficiency is high. Due to the bridging phenomenon of particles in the pore channel of PP melt blown filter element, the particles smaller than the channel can also be blocked. The filtration efficiency is above 98%. The PP melt blown filter element has high self cleanliness, no pollution to water quality, and is resistant to corrosion of chemical reagents such as acid and alkali and organic solvents.
