Activated carbon filter core is a new type of deep filter element. It is made of high-quality activated carbon as raw material and CTO with low heat
fusibility adhesive. Its structure is continuously extruded. UDF and double section filter element are welded with ABS material by ultrasonic wave, and t33 pure coconut carbon shell material is welded by ultrasonic wave. The pressure resistance is 6kg, and the single sealing leak detection is carried out to ensure the safety and integrity of the filter element. These filter elements have excellent adsorption performance and precision filtration characteristics of tubular components, which can effectively remove organic matters, particles, rust, residual chlorine, odor and so on.
