Product introduction
The wire wound filter element is a tubular filter element made of textile fibers (polypropylene fiber, absorbent cotton, glass fiber, etc.) wound on the porous framework (plastic, stainless steel, etc.) according to various specific processes. Control the winding density of filter layer and the shape of filter hole to form filter element with different filtering precision. The wire wound filter element has a honeycomb structure with sparse outside and dense inside, which has excellent filtration characteristics. It can effectively remove suspended solids, particles, rust, sediment and other impurities in the liquid.

application area
This product can be widely used in food, beverage, purified water, electroplating solution, printed circuit board, coating and other industries. Polypropylene wire wound filter core can be used for acid and alkali, chemical solution and other non organic solvents, and the service temperature is less than 60 ℃; the center rod of degreasing cotton fiber filter core is made of stainless steel, which is used for organic solvent, water, oil, alkaline solution, beverage, medicine, etc., and the service temperature is 120 ℃.
